Jaspell Services Limited (not the same as Jaspell Services) was incorporated on 1st April, 1999; Registered in England No. 3745017; Registered Office: 2 Pilcox Hall Lane, Tendring, Clacton on Sea, Essex, CO16 0DL. It supplied staff to agencies and other organisations for civil engineering projects until it ceased trading on 30th November 2010.  The company was dissolved on 18th October 2011.

The Director of the firm, EurIng B J Burford, BSc(Hons) (Civ. Eng.), CEng, MICE, MIHT, is a highly experienced and well-travelled professional civil engineer.  His services are currently no longer available, as he is in retirement.

Prior to his retirement in 2011 Jasper Burford served as a well-travelled professional civil engineer with a wide range of experience - most recently as Principal Engineer (Highway Design) for major schemes in Essex, but previously supervising construction of major marine and river structures in the UK and abroad.
